Canadian Arctic Shrimp Cobb Salad Recipe

Ingredients for Canadian Arctic Shrimp Cobb Salad: 200g Canadian Arctic Shrimp, 1 piece of chicken breast, an appropriate amount of vegetables, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 grams black pepper, 1 tablespoon honey.
Method:

Step 1: Canadian Arctic Shrimp, with firm texture and a sweet taste with a slight hint of salt. Upon closer inspection, one can discern the differences from farmed shrimp, which are often soft and sticky; wild cold-water shrimp, living in icy waters and deep oceans, have a chewy texture. They are processed after being cooked and frozen, preserving freshness and nutrition, ready to eat after thawing.

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients, marinate the chicken breast in advance, and prepare vegetables according to personal preference.

Step 3: Heat a pan and add olive oil, then fry the marinated chicken breast.

Step 4: Fry the chicken breast until both sides are golden brown, cut into small pieces, and place in a large bowl.

Step 5: Add the prepared vegetables.

Step 6: Place the Arctic shrimp on top of the vegetables.

Step 7: Prepare the salad dressing: mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, an appropriate amount of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon honey until well combined.

Step 8: Drizzle the salad dressing over the Arctic shrimp and gently mix.

Step 9: The Cobb Salad is a classic American salad that has been popular in the United States for 80 years. It is said that one day in 1937, a restaurant in Hollywood called ‘The Brown Derby’ was about to close when a guest insisted on having a salad. The owner and chef, Cobb, quickly gathered all the available ingredients from the kitchen, chopped them, and arranged them vertically to create a colorful rainbow salad, which has since become a classic.
