Spicy Sichuan-Style Cucumber Strips Recipe

Ingredients for Spicy Sichuan-Style Cucumber Strips: Cucumbers – 3, Hao Ji Spicy Sichuan Sauce – 1 tablespoon, Garlic – 6 cloves, Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon, Oyster Sauce – 1 tablespoon, Sugar – 2 tablespoons, Vinegar – 1 tablespoon, Honey – 2 tablespoons, Salt – 3 tablespoons, Sesame Oil – 1 tablespoon.
Method: Step 1: Cut the cucumbers into strips and set aside. Step 2: Sprinkle salt and sugar, marinate for 2 hours. Step 3: Rinse twice with clear water, squeeze out the moisture, and place in a large bowl. Add minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Step 4: Prepare the Sichuan sauce.
