Ingredients for Stir-Fried Pork Slices with Green Peppers and Yuba: Pork slices 80g, Yuba 4 sticks, Green peppers 2, Garlic cloves 3, Pixian bean paste 2 tablespoons, Cornstarch 1 teaspoon, Cooking wine 1 tablespoon, Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon, Oil and salt to taste.
Method: Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients. Step 2: Boil a pot of water, add yuba and cook until it’s nearly done, adding salt as needed. Step 3: Season the pork slices with salt, cornstarch, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, then mix well to marinate. Step 4: Heat a pan with cool oil, then stir-fry Pixian bean paste. Step 5: After the paste releases its red oil, add garlic cloves and stir-fry. Step 6: Continue to stir-fry, then add the marinated pork slices. Step 7: Once the pork slices change color, add the yuba and stir-fry. Step 8: After the yuba is well coated, add green pepper slices and stir-fry. Step 9: Season with salt when the green peppers change color, then serve on a plate. Step 10: Bring to the table.
