Method: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Cut the beef into large pieces and soak to remove blood water before use. Step 2: Place the beef in a pressure cooker, add ginger, garlic, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and dried red chili peppers.
