Method for Cod Fish Steak Salad:
1. Prepare the ingredients and set aside.
2. Boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of Gold Dragon Grandma’s Small Pressed Rapeseed Oil into a pan and heat it to 70% hot.
4. Place the cod fish steaks into the pan.
5. Fry the fish steaks over medium heat until they are golden brown, then remove from the pan.
6. Cut the fish into pieces and set aside.
7. Place lettuce in a bowl, drizzle with vinaigrette and salad dressing, and mix well.
8. Add the boiled and cut eggs.
9. Add the cod pieces.
10. Sprinkle with daily nuts on top.
11. Serve the completed dish.
