Cold Dressed Wild Alfalfa Recipe

Ingredients for Cold Dressed Wild Alfalfa: Fresh wild alfalfa, salt, sugar, olive oil, new garlic, monosodium glutamate (MSG), shredded dried chili skin, Sichuan peppercorns.
Method:

Step 1: The freshly picked wild alfalfa does not need to be sorted; simply wash it in water.

Step 2: Blanch the alfalfa in boiling water to remove any grassy taste.

Step 3: Prepare garlic, Sichuan pepper powder, MSG, salt, and place shredded dried chili skin in the center.

Step 4: Heat olive oil in a pan.

Step 5: The alfalfa is ready to be dressed.

Step 6: Dress the alfalfa with the heated oil.

Step 7: Mix well, the result is a refreshing dish. I personally do not like vinegar, so I did not add it. Some people say adding vinegar makes it even more satisfying!
