Mung Bean Congee Recipe

Ingredients for Mung Bean Congee: Mung beans 100g, Rice 50g, Glutinous rice 50g, Rock sugar 100g, Water 1200ml.
Method for making Mung Bean Congee:


Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients.


Step 2: Soak the mung beans in water for 12 hours, it is best to soak the glutinous rice as well. I soaked them overnight.


Step 3: Rinse the soaked mung beans, rice, and glutinous rice and place them into the pressure cooker pot.


Step 4: Add rock sugar.


Step 5: Pour in 1200 grams of water.


Step 6: Press the ‘Beans, Tendons’ button and cook for 45 minutes. After cooking, wait for the pressure cooker to release pressure automatically before opening the lid.


Step 7: Final product image.
