Refreshing Cucumber and Tripe Salad Recipe

Ingredients for Cucumber and Tripe Salad:
– 1 pack of tripe


– 1 cucumber


– Half a carrot


– 2 sprigs of cilantro


– Salt to taste


– A circle of chicken broth


– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce


– 1 tablespoon of fragrant vinegar


– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil


– 1 teaspoon of minced garlic


– White sesame seeds to taste



Steps for preparing Cucumber and Tripe Salad:


1. Cut the tripe into thick strips.


2. Blanch the shredded carrot in boiling water for 1 minute.


3. Blanch the tripe in boiling water for 30 seconds.


4. Shred the cucumber and cut the cilantro into sections.


5. Combine all ingredients and add minced garlic and soy sauce.


6. Add chicken broth, salt, sesame oil, fragrant vinegar, and white sesame seeds, then mix well.


7. Serve on a plate.
