Steamed Radish Recipe with Rich Flavors

Ingredients for Steamed Radish:
– 300g White Radish


– 20ml Soy Sauce with Supreme Freshness


– 3 cloves Garlic


– 2 Red Peppers


– 2 Green Hangzhou Peppers


– 3 Spring Onions


– 5ml Fragrant Vinegar


– 10ml Cooking Oil


– 2g Salt



Steps for Steaming Radish:


1. Clean and peel the radish, then cut it into 2mm thick slices.


2. Arrange the radish slices on a plate.


3. Steam over boiling water with medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes.


4. Clean 3 cloves of garlic and 2 red and green peppers, place salt in a seasoning bowl.


5. Crush the garlic with a garlic press into the seasoning bowl.


6. Cut the peppers into rings and add to the seasoning bowl, reserving 1/3.


7. Add soy sauce and vinegar to the bowl, mix with a little cool boiled water.


8. Pour the seasoning sauce over the steamed radish, sprinkle the reserved 1/3 peppers, and scatter spring onion flowers.


9. Heat oil and pour over the dish, it is ready.



Cooking Tips for Steamed Radish:


The radish should be fresh and sweet, with a rich layer of fresh, fragrant, and spicy flavors. Fresh and sweet large white radishes are preferred, some radish varieties in the south with a pungent taste are not suitable for steaming.
