Steamed Sea Shrimp with Garlic and Vermicelli Recipe

Ingredients for Steamed Sea Shrimp with Garlic and Vermicelli: 300g sea shrimp, 1 bundle of vermicelli, 10 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 piece of ginger, half a spoon of sugar, 1 gram of salt, 5 grams of rapeseed oil.
Method:

Step 1: Soak the vermicelli until soft, trim the sea shrimp to remove the shrimp spear and bristles, and remove the sandline. Peel the garlic and ginger.

Step 2: Mince the garlic into garlic paste, and finely chop the ginger. If serving to children, you can replace the ginger with cooking wine.

Step 3: Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of white sugar, and 2 grams of salt.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the ginger paste.

Step 5: Add the garlic paste and fry until it turns slightly yellow.

Step 6: Pour in the sauce and simmer briefly.

Step 7: Set aside for later use.

Step 8: Place the vermicelli in a bowl and arrange the shrimp on top.

Step 9: Use a spoon to place the fried garlic paste on top of the shrimp.

Step 10: Clean the iron pot, add water, and place the steamer rack inside.

Step 11: Select the steaming function to begin cooking.

Step 12: After 15 minutes, when the automatic alarm sounds, remove the dish.

Step 13: Arrange the dish on a plate and garnish with red pepper flakes.

Step 14: The vermicelli absorbs the flavor of the fresh shrimp, making it incredibly delicious.

Step 15: The shrimp is also tender.
