Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts with Sweet Potato Noodles Recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts with Sweet Potato Noodles: 400g yellow bean sprouts, 1 bundle of sweet potato noodles, a little garlic.
Method: Step 1: Soak the noodles in advance to soften them. Step 2: Rinse the bean sprouts, mince the garlic, and add a bit if you prefer spiciness. Step 3: Heat the pan with cool oil until it reaches 90% heat, then stir-fry the bean sprouts. Step 4: When the bean sprouts slightly shrink, add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry together. Step 5: After the noodles are evenly distributed, drizzle a small amount of boiling water, not too much, and pour it in three times along the edge of the pan, then add soy sauce and salt for seasoning. The amount of water should keep the dish moist but not overly wet.
