Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Yellow Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Yellow Bean Sprouts: Red pepper 3, Garlic cloves 2, Spring onions 2, Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons, Yellow bean sprouts 200g, Sweet potato noodles 80g, Ginger 1 piece, Oyster sauce 3g.
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients.


Step 2: Slice the garlic, finely chop the spring onions, and cut the chili into sections for later use.


Step 3: Remove the roots from the bean sprouts, or leave them on if preferred.


Step 4: Drain the soaked glass noodles in advance.


Step 5: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili when it’s 30% hot to release the aroma.


Step 6: Pour in the yellow bean sprouts and light soy sauce, stir-fry.


Step 7: Add a small bowl of water, cover and simmer for 1 minute, then sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve, reserving the sauce.


Step 8: Add the soaked noodles and cook until done, then drain.
